40 hrs. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am 330pm or until work is done. NOTE: Schedule is open-ended and shift ends when all the work is completed. Must be able to work mandatory overtime required as needed.

The responsibilities for this position will be running various high speed equipment including scanning documents and encoding checks. Duties may also include: capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using machinery to meet requirements; preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines; executing jobs through PC or CRT; monitoring process; performing routine maintenance and repairs. Works under direct supervision, receiving detailed instruction on work. This position has strict production metrics that determine acceptable levels of performance and requires that all payments (checks) must be accounted for on the day they are received. There are also strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by work flow.

Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of equipment operation experience demonstrated through work or military experience

* Ability to operate moderately complex machines, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance and repairs
* Good communication skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
* 10-key numerical data entry experience
* Lockbox experience
* Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
* Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
* Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
