The team member will be leading the technical design & development for one or more critical regulatory projects in the Corporate Investment Banking and Wholesale Compliance space. The expectation is that the team member will be providing leadership and guidance to Application Development resources on the same project(s).

Responsibilities include:

* Acts in the highest-level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the Corporate Investment Banking and Wholesale Compliance applications and/or application initiatives.
* Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
* Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
* Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
* Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
* Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of software engineering experience
* 3+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse and data analytics capabilities on big-data architecture such as Hadoop
* 5+ years of .Net or Java experience or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications
* An industry-standard technology certification
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience with design, implementation and governance with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning Architecture
* 5+ years of Agile experience
