The Technology Resiliency Solutions Product Analyst will support the product management activities related to resiliency solutions. Resiliency solutions include capabilities supporting Business Continuity Management, DR (Disaster Recovery) playbook orchestration and failover automation, App to Infra dependency mapping, reporting etc.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Support the Product Owner or Manager in defining the product vision and roadmap, and work with development/delivery teams and other stakeholder groups across the Enterprise in delivering the capabilities outlined in the roadmap.
* Own a service or capability within the Resiliency Solutions portfolio and will engage key resiliency stakeholders involved in activities such as BCP (Business Continuity Program), DR exercises/tests, cyber resiliency, data resiliency, crisis management etc., and develop requirements for target state resiliency solutions.
* Drive the planning, implementation, roll out and adoption activities.
* Facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation, and contribute to design activities and decisions.
* Participate in initiatives to roll out capabilities to internal IT stakeholders

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of technology experience
* 2 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions

Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
* 2+ years of Agile experience
* 2 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management)
* 1+ year of product development and product management experience
* Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
* Experience leading enterprise wide implementations
* Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
* Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
* Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
* Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge of ITSM & BCP solutions such as ServiceNow/Fusion; Automation solutions such as Ansible/Chef/ Puppet; Monitoring/Dashboarding solutions such as ELK/Splunk/ AppDynamics / Dynatrace.; CMDB tools
* Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
* Ability to analyze data, create process flows and presentations
* CBCP/ITIL certification or other related certifications
