The Data Analyst I is responsible for managing a queue that receives a variety of tasks around virtual data models, Data Access Requests and the Data Services Review process, all of which are instrumental in Wellmed's Data Access strategy for both internal and external consumers and contributors. This position will conduct analysis, perform configuration tasks within the virtual tool, provide guidance and training to users and process Access Management tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage a task queue, triaging tasks and routing them to an appropriate assignment group or resource.
* Conduct analysis and maintain documentation on existing Access Request Process and make improvement recommendations.
* Process Access requests tasks
* Assist in testing processes and activities.
* Assist business users in creating Access Request groups and access to data
* Develop and maintain a solid understanding of virtual data models
* Conduct analysis, troubleshoot and make improvement recommendations to existing virtual models
* Perform configuration tasks within the virtual model tool
* Work with users to resolve a variety of issues as received in the queue.
* Work directly with Data Engineers and BSA teammates to resolve issues
* Make recommendations to improve the products and processes or highlight a recurring issue.
* Support system administration team by obtaining permissions for application accounts.
* Handle ad hoc questions/issues.
* Provide subject matter expertise and operational support to internal business partners.
* Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required (4+ years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
* 2+ years of experience performing technical analysis
* Functional understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical resources.
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations.
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. * Functional understanding of SQL Server (Version 2012 or higher), Visual Studio (Version 2012 or higher).

* Familiarity with ServiceNow
