The Sr Technologist I&TG; maintains technology expertise for a given discipline across the enterprise, including providing expert level leadership, direction and consulting on technology/tool usage. This position leads the development and coordination of technical policies, systems and resources to ensure delivery of high quality technical solutions to business partners, while contributing to the overall mission and purpose. This position includes monitoring industry trends and key vendors, and providing support as needed. Job Requirements JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owns/leads change to deliver efficient and effective technology/tool functionality and support to the enterprise
Drives the installation of new technical tools, products and systems, provides technical guidance and support to upgrades of existing technologies and operating systems and communicates status and impacts to key stakeholders
Leads/Participates in establishing strategy for technology and tool usage and embedment
Establishes and measures utilization of technology/tool and validates benefits provided
Leads participation in quality assurance and verification activities including providing training, developing policies and procedures, and participating in technical reviews.
Provides expert level consultation, coaching, mentoring and technical support to the accomplishment of business and technical objectives
Researches, designs, plans, develops and/or evaluates new, advanced supporting technologies
Resolves difficult technical challenges by applying effective problem solving, analysis and decision making skills, Independently applies sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues and develops new concepts, methods and techniques for cross-functional initiatives.
Recognizes and pursues alternative methods to drive continuous process and development improvement
Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to projects and solutions
Impacts current and future business opportunities through application of specialized technical and industry knowledge.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
An understanding and working experience in configuration control & change release methodology, hardware & software quality assurance and information technology infrastructure
Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends
In-depth knowledge of all application development methodologies
Ability to link business strategy to IT solutions
Excellent Business Partner influence skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building
Excellent communication skills across various levels and through multiple channels (oral, written, conversational).
Experience and strong proficiency with detailed engineering analysis, documentation of analysis procedures, and development of analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, accurate and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Technical leadership experience, including team leadership, facilitation, reviewing work, and driving goal accomplishment.
