The Supply Chain Capacity Planning Sr. Manager, will be responsible for translating the RFFE Business Unit forecasted demand into internal and external capacity requirements across the supply chain, as well as communicate to suppliers the short and long term capacity needs. A key objective of this role is to highlight capacity shortfalls ahead of time and help constrain the supply plan if required. This role will supervise a team of Industrial Engineers to achieve this goal and keep the capacity model updated. Responsibilities:
* Understand and load capacity commits across all the critical bottlenecks for the end-to-end semiconductor supply chain.
* Communicate weekly and monthly capacity constraints and work with Supply Chain Planning to resolve them and provide a feasible supply plan.
* Ability to run and analyze multiple capacity and demand scenarios to recommend the best outcome.
* Communicate at monthly S&OP meetings the key bottlenecks and overall capacity updates.
* Send weekly and monthly short- and long-term forecasts to suppliers.
* Propose creative solutions that enhance processes, improve human resource efficiency by working with Business Process Improvement team as well as Supply Chain and adjacent organizations.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain teams including Sourcing, Factory Planning, Asia Operations to highlight help needed areas that pertain to execution and materials / capacity planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of operations / supply chain capacity planning experience in high volume manufacturing at a Manager level
* Experience in Rough Cut Capacity Planning and constrained based planning concepts, with use of Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
* Full understanding of an ERP system, MPS, MRP, RCCP, APS, Customer ATP, Inventory controls and end to end Planning cycle.

* Strong analytical and data management skills
* Agility in shift from acute focus on details to broader aim on strategic goals.
* Proficiency in presentation skills.
* Complete MS office skills required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
* Working Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response Advanced Planning System
* Working experience with Data Analytics software like MS Power BI, Tableau, RapidMiner
* Semiconductor experience with a technical understanding of Wafer Fabrication, Sort, Assembly, and Test processes.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related Engineering field
* Masters Degree is a plus
