WymanGordon is a worldwide supplier to the aerospace and industrial gas turbine markets. We hold quality accreditations for all of the major airframe and engine manufacturers for both civil and military applications. WymanGordon creates rotating closeddie forgings which are critical for aerospace and landbased gas turbines. WymanGordon also manufactures structural forgings for airframe, nuclear, petrochemical, power generation, and space applications. For longer than 30 years, WymanGordon Cleveland has been manufacturing standard and custom metal closed die forging products for the Aerospace, Commercial, Medical, Transportation and Ordnance industries.

Position Summary

The Staff Accountant will perform several accounting duties including accounts receivable billing, weeklymonthend closing and various other general accounting responsibilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Perform accounts receivable billing
* Participate in monthly close process
* Journal Entry Preparation
* Reconcile general ledger accounts, including sub ledgers. Research any discrepancies
* Complete various reporting requests as needed
* Assist with annual tax package completion
* Adhere to all SOX requirements to ensure full SOX compliance
* Liaison with auditors including internal, external and SOX audits
* Complete special projects including internal, division and corporate requests
* Be able to meet strict deadlines
* Perform all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct

Experience & Education

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance require
* MBA or CPA preferred but not required
* A minimum of three (3) years experience with accounting in a US public company environment
* SOX experience preferred

* Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications and internet applications
* High level of selfmotivation to perform and succeed
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and use own initiative
* Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
* Able to work outside normal office hours as business requires
