The Kronos Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Hire to Retire (HTR) process team, assisting in the integration and remediation of Kronos related systems migration for PBNA. This role will be critical in the development and delivery of the processes and systems for the PBNA Wave 1 Project. This role is expected to work on the development of the agenda in the planning and execution of various sprints (design, build, test), collaborating with other project value streams and business SMEs to navigate through project work. In addition, the role is expected to simplify, review and analyze Kronos data, to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA solution across PBNA. This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PBNA PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.
Percent Travel: Potential travel could be up to 30%
Responsibilities:

* Successfully and sustainably implement new harmonized processes, data, analytics and controls within the payroll process areas
* Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities
* Analyze and identify opportunities for standardization and simplification while minimizing operational disruption
* Be the link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-parties regarding software functionality, throughout the project
* Develop and maintain strong internal business relationships to proactively identify, mitigate and resolve stakeholder concerns
* Execute agile sprints to introduce and actively participate in the demo for harmonized processes, taking the outputs through to resolution
* Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
* Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
* Support user adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training
* Provide post-go-live support

Compensation and Benefits

* * Expected salary range is $72,600- $95,000

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelors Degree required
* Minimum 3+ years of experience; Previous ERP implementation experience
* Ability to visualize new business processes across the PBNA organization
* Prior project management and payroll, Kronos experience a plus
* Not afraid to challenge the status quo and ask difficult questions
* Respected by peers and superiors

* Executive presence to interact tactfully across all levels within the organization
* Ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
