Overview

Primary focus is to administer and coordinate the new home purchase process and close of escrow with the ultimate goal of creating tickled, delighted and happy customers.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate all sales related activities necessary to achieve a successful and satisfactory purchase, escrow and closing of the LFB Customers.
2. Schedule and attend team meetings.
3. TDH parties and company meetings.
4. Inspect signboards; model home center and inventory for maintenance and appearance.
5. Assist New Home Consultant (NHC) by attending to guests in his/her absence.
6. Operate CFT computer system for data input.
7. Maintain information on the status of each sale (construction and mortgage processing).
8. Install directional and sold signs.
9. Contact and update every homebuyer in escrow weekly.
10. Assist the NHC with weekly construction update meetings documenting results of the meeting. (Attend construction meeting with NHC when possible)
11. Prepare various sales documents for division, title and mortgage companies etc.
12. Coordinate all paperwork following original purchase agreement.
13. Deliver gift and scrapbook with NHC after closing.
14. Present a professional business like appearance. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of management and customers.
15. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* One (1) three (3) years experience in similar position or related areas of the real estate industry
* High school diploma or GED required
* Valid real estate license preferred, but not required
* Valid Motor Vehicle license
* Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
* Excellent human relation skills and great attitude
* Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Computer for Tracts
* Detailed and numbers oriented
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong Organizational Skills
* Good grammar/spelling
* Accept constructive feedback
* Team-oriented, professional appearance and demeanorCB

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires the ability to work eight (8) hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, outside elements, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
