We currently have an opening for a General Labor at our Salinas Corrugated Box Plant in Salinas, CA. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers.

We are looking for reliable, responsible and hard working individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player who works well with others. Candidates will have basic to intermediate machine operator abilities, be dependable and flexible. Have the ability to work shift-work, scheduled hours, weekends and overtime as needed. Candidates must maintain a clean work area to ensure a high standard of safety quality. They must have basic reading, writing, and math skills and have the ability to effectively read a tape measure and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. They must be able to work individually and as part of the team and have the ability to comprehend and carry out instructions. A high school diploma is preferred but not required. Candidates must have the ability to follow all safety/house rules and practices.

The hiring process for successful candidates will include a passing a pre-employment placement test, a structured interview, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and pass background check.
