Job Description

As a Supply Chain Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) business objectives pertaining to Strategy Sourcing and Supply Chain management by solving critical business issues and providing meaningful business intelligence and insights for decision making throughout product life cycles. We are seeking a strong business generalist with supply chain management experiences in implementing thoughtful operations and processes.

Supply Chain Business Operations Manager Responsibilities

* Lead and program manage multiple strategic projects throughout the year

* Build supply chain processes and systems

* lead the development and automation of actionable insights and frameworks for key business processes

* Identify opportunities to influence, support, and execute on our FRL Supply Chain strategies

* Cross-Functional collaboration and leadership on work sessions to facilitate constructive debate and to drive to meaningful consensus

* Propose workflows that serve the needs of various stakeholders

* Develop and maintain a scorecard framework for measuring business risks from contractual terms between FRL and suppliers

* Support group Functional Reviews and management of team KPI (key performance indicators) data sources/dashboard

* Lead budget planning process for Strategic Sourcing team

* Enhance and manage material liability process and data in support of monthly Financial approvals from CFO for material purchases

* Serve as liaison between Finance/Accounting and GSM teams

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree

* 5+ years of relevant experiences in consumer electronics industry

* Organizational and creative problem-solving experience

* Experience leading cross-functional projects

* Project management and decision-making experience

* Supply chain management experiences

* Proven capability in Excel and analytics

* Communication skills (whitepapers, process documentations, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations)

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree preferred

* Management consulting experiences

* Experience working with people at all levels

* Experience distilling themes from complexity and develop logical frameworks
