Job Description

Serves as support for the Human Resource department, in particular the HR accounting, compensation, and payroll groups. Assists in the preparation of reconciliations, company labor reports, and JIB audit support. Assists the Payroll and Compensation teams as needed with special projects. This is a part-time position working no more than 29 hours per week.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Serves as clerical support for the HR department.
* Provides support for HR accounting and analysis including, but not limited to, preparing account reconciliations, company labor reports, coding invoices and JIB audit support.
* Assists the Payroll and Compensation teams on special projects as needed.
* Assists broader HR team with other special projects as needed.

* Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

* Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
* Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
* Excellent spreadsheet and data management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex financial information into an organized and presentable manner.

Education Requirements:

* Sophomore or Junior Candidate for a Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business.
