Monitors advanced corporate programs for regulations and compliance. Collect and verify raw material documents needed including registering their materials in the database, creating and maintaining a tracking system for all materials. Periodically updates management on the compliance status of the raw materials and tracking status on special projects for R&D.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Contact raw material company's regulatory and technical staff to obtain Certificates of Analysis and other technical documents for regulatory compliance.
2. Create database on raw material information.
3. Analyze raw material dossiers submitted by suppliers to insure they comply with corporate guidelines.
4. Independently send raw materials for internal regulatory, safety, analytical, micro review
5. Maintain tracking report on raw materials and provide weekly update to management.
6. Liaise between Raw Material Management, Safety and Regulatory departments, chemists and external suppliers for coding information and other information as requested.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's in Science preferred.
* Minimum of 1-3 years experience required in a related field. Related industry preferred.
* Excellent team player; able to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
* Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Maintains full understanding of business processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of including Excel, Outlook and Word programs PowerPoint and RDS
