Within our GO org, we are searching for a Global Partner Commercial Enablement Manager who will be responsible for leading a team focused on critical functions within the Commercial Enablement team, establishing processes for centralized financial forecasting, supply tracking, and vendor invoicing. This role will serve as the Commercial Enablement POC for one of our highly-complex groups under the Global Operations organization. This role will work in close partnership with a variety of teams, including Site Strategy, Project Specialists, Finance, Global Outsourcing, Capacity Planning, and Data Analytics, to drive insights and inform decisions.

Global Partner Commercial Enablement Manager, Global Operations Responsibilities

* Manage a high-performing team in a heavily cross-functional operations organization.

* Develop, coach, and mentor team members.

* Establish expertise across Global Operations as it relates to Commercial Enablement functions, and work closely with an extensive amount of cross functional partners.

* Create and execute a strategy to support the end-to-end processes for team resource tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.

* Utilize self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative behavior while executing through ambiguous scenarios.

* Work with global partners, requiring off hours meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in finance, resource planning, workforce analytics, or a combination of these

* 2+ years of direct people management experience

* Communication skills including experience presenting information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences

* Experience in creating sustainable processes, iterative process improvement, attention to detail, and organizational skills

* Self-starter with experience effectively navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience performing return on investment analysis or cost benefit assessment

* Experience working with global teams

* Experience managing with ambiguity and changing priorities

* Experience identifying opportunities for improvements
