Ads Off-eBay is a new strategic direction within eBay Advertising to further drive our affiliate marketing program. As a Senior Product Manager for Ads Off-eBay, you'll be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering the products that we build on our Off-eBay platform. In this role you will have the balance between strategic and execution responsibilities. You will have the chance to work on some of the most exciting problems in digital advertising and e-commerce. You will work closely with our users, regional partners, product & eng teams within Ads and cross domains and functions to help define & deliver products that will accelerate growth and bring tremendous value for our customers.

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

* Articulate, define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Off-eBay

* Understand the strategic landscape and define the key strategic products and deliverables that will accelerate accomplishing our goals

* Own and execute a comprehensive roadmap to deliver new products and high quality feature improvements that provide value to our customers

* Deliver on the most effective set of product solutions and go-to-market strategy for eBay customers.

* Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams across Ads, global growth and marketing tech domains in driving execution on the roadmap

* Define key objectives, metrics and success criteria to guide and prioritize projects.

* Articulate and present early product concepts, test phases to full launch plans to Ads teams and executives.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 5+ Years of Product Management experience ideally with 2+ years in e-commerce marketplaces and/or digital advertising

* Experience in paid search, partner networks, performance and affiliate marketing for advertising.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across functions.

* Strong bias for action and get it done attitude and effective in data driven decision making,

* Strong problem solving analytical skills, comfort with navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs

* Bachelors degree, MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Technical or Engineering background with solid quantitative skills

* Knowledge of the influencer marketing, social channels and e-commerce ads ecosystem
