The Accounting Assistant III prepares records, verifies and distributes financial information related to operations and accounting systems. In addition to and while working independently with very little supervision, The Accounting Assistant III has the following responsibilities:
Prepares, analyzes and distributes accounting reports to assist management in decision making.
Responds to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers to provide needed information.
Maintains effective filing system for prompt retrieval of data for issue resolution and data storage.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or successfully completed a formal training program. Accounting or finance experience preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
