Work Hours/Shift:
Full-Time, Monday Friday
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Participate in required work products during the Due Diligence phase of facility and physician practice acquisitions. Maintain high level of confidentiality during this initial phase of the acquisition process.
* Understand and ensure that all project decisions are congruent with business goals and objectives
* Communicates project status and progress to project stakeholders, project managers and team lead
* Successfully assesses project risks and formulates mitigation plans, and delivers successful projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner as shown by project statistics.
* Maintains a high level of communication with team members, internal management, applicable internal/external departments, vendors, and all other project interfaces to ensure accurate project status and clear work assignments
* Generate, maintain, and use key project documents, status reports, and change documents
* Assist in the development and execution of internal test plans confirming the solutions adherence to the requirements
* Assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed
* Perform research, requirements analysis, design, and development and ensure that projects are completed on time within established or negotiated deadlines and within budget
* Mentor team members to expand their support knowledge, continue developing their product skills, encourage quality customer service and establish teamwork both internally as well as across other AH departments
* Deliver high quality work, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in each task. Searches for methods to improve processes while promoting quality across the organization.
* Respond promptly to customer needs or requests for service and assistance. Builds customer confidence and reliance
* Monitor ticket queue and updates tickets according to SLA, keeping customer well-informed.
* Follow change management guidelines, to reduce impact on production systems

* Support AdventHealths emergency response systems according to their unique standards
* Available to assist in the adoption and education for new AdventHealth acquisitions and subsequent emergency response systems deplopment

* * Works under general direction from Data Archiving & Retention Mgmt Team Lead as assigned. Displays ability and willingness to make sound decisions in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

* Acknowledges receipt of all service alerts or pages within 30 minutes of receiving a service call or text when on-call and must engage in problem diagnostics of the server or services within 1 hour of receiving a service call or text when on-call.
* Maintains accurate configuration and environment documentation regarding system issues within the Incident Tracking system. Updates tickets/incidents regarding progress on issues, closes assigned incidents in timely manner. Notifies manager promptly of critical events that impact production or other critical environments.
* Establishes and maintains effective, positive work relationships with team members. Exhibits tact and consideration when speaking or working with clients, peers, or management. Works cooperatively in team settings and group situations.

* System Administration
* Demonstrates ability to effectively utilize working knowledge of operating systems, networks, web, operations, databases, telecommunications, and desktop technology to identify issues and communicate with project team and customer.
* Demonstrates proficient technical knowledge in areas of assigned systems including applications, technology, and business/operational practices.
* Prepares technical documentation as required to provide information to other team members on appropriate server procedures with regards to implementation and support. Maintains an effective and accurate information resource library to include software, system documentation, disaster recovery procedures and related networking standards.
* Application/Tools Support
* Communicates and coordinates downtime processes with any interested or potentially affected parties. Effectively prepares for downtime event, provides coordination for execution, and delivers post assessment & communication
* Maintains and seeks to improve technical expertise in all areas of end user and system support.
* Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed to support active or new initiatives. Prepares documentation as required to train staff on equipment, procedures, and support of hardware or software systems owned by the Data Archiving & Retention Mgmt team.
* Maintains supported application at a current supported level. Ensure that updates are performed timely and with minimal disruption. Communicates changes & provides training/documentation to affected users.
* Maintains accurate equipment (asset) inventory records, software inventory records, and system documentation.
* Interfaces with external vendors, auditors and regional technical personnel to solve technical problems, prepare post incident reports, develop best practices, troubleshoot problems, and resolve related technical issues.
* Gains specific knowledge of distinctive differences between system deployments and leverages opportunities to standardize when appropriate
* Participates, on an as-needed basis, in system deployment, testing, and training activities
* Participates, on an as-needed basis, in all system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements
* * Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed
* Prepares documentation as needed to train staff on equipment, procedures, and support of hardware or software systems owned by the Everbridge Support Team.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Associate Degree preferably in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare or four years of work experience in a relevant field.

Summary:
Under general direction of the Data Archiving & Retention Mgmt -Intermediate, is responsible for identifying legacy systems that need to be archived as part of acquisitions or system decommissioning. Works with team to perform requirements analysis and discovery efforts, reports project status, supports continuous process improvement efforts, and performs other duties as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
