WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Consumer Insights team is looking for a Senior Director of Insights Product Management who will define the product strategies to power the insights organization with technology and tools that will help drive scale and impact of consumer insights and data worldwide. This Insights Product Management role will be responsible for developing the product strategy, business requirements, and prioritization across Nikes research and data analytics tools.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Senior Director, you will encourage and drive the vision and strategy for the future of insights generation and dissemination technology, tools and capabilities. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering transformative technological capabilities to supercharge the Insights org & power Nikes internal teams with actionable insights.

You will partner closely with Nikes Global Technology and our Consumer Insights Subfunctions to build a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business goals are met and exceeded. You will directly and indirectly lead multiple cross functional teams passionate about priorities based on a solid understanding of user needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis. Above all, you will be a relentless champion for the needs all of all data and insights users and insights creators across Nike.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements

* Extensive experience developing and executing large, multi-faceted product deliveries, with a history of successful launches, across data and research platforms.
* Experienced at driving strategic direction, and vision for Insights capabilities with a high competence for global expansion and scale.
* Demonstrated success in user friendly relevant product introductions with proven adoption and growth.
* Experienced working and leading large teams inside a sophisticated, matrix organization, utilizing outstanding relationship building skills and effective communication across all levels.
* Proven record of fostering a product management culture & engineering partnership that is innovative, collaborative, curious, and focused on the consumer and companys vision

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technology domain; advanced degree is preferred
* Experience working in a matrixed environment in a senior-level role
* 10+ years of professional experience in product and/or technology field
* Proven success and experience delivering clear executive level communications-- compelling, high-impact storyteller
* Prior experience in digital, technology, or product creation is required
