The Cybercrime Center is a cutting-edge facility and the worldwide headquarters of the Digital Crimes Unit (DCU). DCU is a team of more than 100 attorneys, investigators, engineers, analysts, forensic specialists, data scientists, and business professionals located in Redmond (30) and globally (70 in more than 30 countries) focused on delivering on this vision. As the epicenter of the company's battle against malicious code and botnets, unlicensed/unmanaged software (piracy), technology-facilitated child exploitation and tech support fraud, the Cybercrime Center contains two state-of-the-art crime labs, and dedicated space for customers, partners, law enforcement, and academic experts to fight cybercrime in partnership with DCU.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help drive high priority business projects within the Digital Crimes Unit. A successful Program Manager will balance governance & control with the need for agility & flexibility to ensure the successful delivery of projects in a fast pace environment.
* Drive prioritized business projects from project inception through to production implementation using an Agile delivery model
* Manage project communication and delivery expectations with stakeholders
* Collaborate with Engineering and Partner Teams on requirements development
* Continuously review and improve project controls and business workflows to support more predictive delivery
* Drive approved Project Management Office (PMO) processes for project delivery and operational compliance
* Develop and maintain tools and systems that support PMO processes
* 3+ years of project and/or program management experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment by maximizing the flexibility of the Agile delivery model
* Experience in low code/no code development using Microsoft Power Platform
* Demonstrated experience coordinating events with internal teams and external partners
* Able to plan, organize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Ability to assess needs and analyze problems to make appropriate recommendations and decisions quickly
* Able to self-start with minimal information
* Excellent cross group collaboration skills
* Experience managing remote project teams
* Working knowledge of Power Platform, SQL, Azure, SharePoint, Azure DevOps preferred
