Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Field Marketing Manager to join our U.S. Marketing team. This person is a key liason between the national digital team and the field marketing organization. They are responsible for the local business results for all digital channels and are critical business partners in local digital offers/promotions planning, execution and measurement. Each Digital Field Marketing Manager must quickly establish themselves as a cross-channel digital subject matter expert and advocate the customer and commercial importance of leveraging current capabilities.

In this role, you will:

Lead the communication orchestration, strategy and execution of digital priorities in partnership with field marketing teams and local agencies.

Utilize customer data to support current strategy and/or develop new strategy. Use data to drive more business value.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure message alignment across the organization

In partnership with the director, advocate for innovation and test-to-learn scenarios within markets that can ultimately inform long term strategy

Identifies and apply new, creative ways to reach and engage external audiences through content and other new online and offline approaches

Qualifications
Strong relationship development and management skills. This role collaborates daily with local agencies, field marketing partners and operators.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage multiple analytics tools (tableau, excel, etc.) to develop customer and business insights

Digital marketing experience and/or field marketing experience

Eye for business with a demonstrated ability to understand the needs and concerns of franchisees and the broader Company strategy, and how to use communication to get results.

The capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, while being flexible, collaborative, and reliable
