Are you interested in developing and supporting an ever critical system requirements of computer Reliability Accessibility Serviceability (RAS)? In this role you can assists in providing technical support for one or many products and/or product family.
Responsibilities may include:
* Participating in new product development representing the customers technical needs creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective developing and presenting technical product training materials.
* Work with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions participates in customers visits and presentations.
* Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes Individuals act as technical experts consultants analysts and program managers.
* Responds to customer-client requests or events as they occur Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Behavioral traits:
* Verbal and written communication skills working directly with customers.
* Work under minimal supervision.

Qualifications
You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Requirements
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3+ months experience in:
* Computer Hardware installation and configuration.
* Updating computer system Firmware and OS.
* Collecting test data.
Preferred qualifications:
* Configuring the servers for remote login and control.
* Developing Technology Integration Guide documenting key learning from the integration efforts.
* Develop Validation Recipes for various RAS features for customer enabling.
* Setup lab bench with appropriate error injection tools and support testing various RAS features .
* Document key learning and support development of RAS Validation Recipes.
* Support the team in developing Demos showcasing the RAS technology use-cases and features to internal and external customers.
