The Data and Analytics Group within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable and high-quality data and cutting-edge data, reporting and analytical solutions. Key focus areas for the DAG include maturing enterprise data governance, leveraging master data management, establishing an enterprise data foundation, and delivering strategic data assets and insights. The Director of Enterprise Data Architecture and Governance is a newly created leadership role that reports to the IT VP/GM of Data and Analytics. This role will play an integral role in strengthening and maturing enterprise data architecture and governance across Intel. Do you have a passion for unlocking the value of data? The Director of Enterprise Data Architecture and Governance is responsible for the design of the enterprise-wide data architecture and governance processes required to fulfill Intel's data management strategy and roadmap. He or She will determine and classify which data assets should be treated as enterprise data, and then create the requirements, principles, designs and models that strengthen the effect of sharing data across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Proven 10+ year track record of architecting and implementing large scale data governance programs, master data, analytics, and data quality solutions 10+ years of leadership experience in large, cross-matrix, and geo-dispersed organizations Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills with proven track record of effectively communicating and leading change initiatives. BS or equivalent, Technical BS preferred, Technical MBA or MS Computer Science/engineering preferred

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
