Job Description
You will be working on a dynamic team which develops and applies software tools, scripts, and physical models to guide the development of Intel transistors and the process technologies which make them. Duties include creating software simulation flows, developing physical models, and analyzing the fundamental device/process issues encountered in cutting-edge technology development. You will collaborating directly with the experimental teams working in process integration and device research to define experiments and present recommendations that achieve the scaling path for industry-leading products.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum requirements to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
* You must have a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field of studies.
* 3+ years of research experience in semiconductor device physics and modeling; particular areas of interests include quantum and device transport, novel transistor architectures, and process flow physics
* 2+ years of experience with scripting such as Python or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in a formal programming language such as C/C++
