IT Communications is looking for a creative communications professional to join the team as a Communications Strategist.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and executing best-in-class communications programs that inform, inspire, and educate employees on IT workplace solutions.

Responsibilities
- Builds comprehensive Intel employee communication programs for strategic workplace initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders to drive IT solutions roadmap.
- Creates messaging and content plan utilizing an integrated communications channel mix to drive adoption of key IT deployments.
- Presents campaign strategy and recommendations to senior management across organizations (IT and Employee Communications & Employee Brand).
- Influences stakeholders to ensure the overall campaign implementation is aligned to the recommended strategy.
- Analyze campaign content metrics to deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partners closely with the IT Segments and IT@Intel team to ensure message alignment and consistency.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related.

- Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree plus 4+ years of experience in a communication related job/field with experience in one or more of the following fields:

* Internal, corporate or executive communications experience.

* Word and PowerPoint expertise

* Experience using Teams and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /Master's in business is preferred.
