Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant will primarily support the Human Resources Department however, this role will also assist other areas such as, the Dupont Resource Center, Employee Health Services Education, and Compliance. Position will help facilitate various audits and tracking as assigned. Serves as the front desk representative for the HR department and the Dupont Resource Center. Maintains HR file system, will assist with various HR functions as assigned, vendors and contractors, shadower's and observers, our volunteer programs, and various compliance initiatives.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications
Licensure: None
Experience: Prefers 1 -2 years experience in Human Resources and or Healthcare office setting Completion of Bachelors degree may waive experience.
Education: Prefer Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Public Policy or Health Administration.
Other: Must have advanced knowledge in secretarial skills including computer skills.
Demonstrates working knowledge of Organization's service theme.
Demonstrates use of the English language, both verbal and written.
Requires strong working knowledge of office procedure, file systems, record keeping,
receptionist duties, and phone etiquette.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills necessary to process a variety of work
concurrently and reevaluate priorities in accordance with changing workload
demands.
Demonstrates well developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary to
interact effectively with all internal and external unit customers, as needed.
