WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Were looking for a Senior Manager, Multicultural Marketing to help shape the next chapter of growth for Coca-ColaTM in North America by leading the end-to-end development and execution of breakthrough brand campaigns and experiences. Were looking for a highly strategic creative problem-solver who knows how to identify, nurture, and protect breakthrough ideas that contribute to peoples lives and ultimately drive business and brand growth. Were looking for a bridge builder who can work across global and local cross-functional teams to integrate and scale work in ways that are globally consistent yet locally relevant. Were looking for someone who knows how to extract the best thinking from internal and external partners and who proactively seeks diverse points of view to drive better outcomes. And were looking for someone who is deeply curious about consumers and culture, who has an understanding of how brands can use creativity to connect across both traditional and non-traditional channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the end-to-end development of North America-based Integrated Marketing Campaigns for key brands from translating business plans into compelling creative strategies/briefs, to briefing and managing creative agency partners, to leading the development, integration and management of campaigns/content, including managing timeline, budget/scope deliverables.

* Partner with Global Team in the development of key global campaigns to ensure that the work ultimately resonates with local multicultural consumers and drives local business goals.

* Adapt and scale global campaigns/content to ensure they drive local relevance and achieve local business goals.

* Partner with North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Consumer Insights, Category and Brand, Content Design/Connections/Shopper Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) teams to understand business growth strategies and objectives, key priorities, and IMX objectives.

* Provide thought leadership on multicultural insights, trends and opportunity areas to continually improve Cokes approach to connecting with multicultural consumers.

* Identify best-in-class multicultural industry leading partnerships and nurture relationships with external partners across agencies to deliver high quality, cost effective deliverables.

* Partner closely with cross functional teams to develop and integrate and implement the work across channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 8 or more years of experience leading the development & execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns.

* Bachelors Degree required.

* Experience leading (from strategy and brief definition through implementation) breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns that have bolstered brand affinity and growth among multicultural consumers.

* Skilled collaborator and integrator who can build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ideas across all facets of the brands ecosystem.

* Talented project manager who can juggle and prioritize multiple initiatives ensuring that all are delivered with excellence on time and on budget.

* Curious and knowledgeable about multicultural consumers with an ability to translate consumer insights, trends and brand/product news into compelling briefs.

* Strong creative sensibility and ability to defend and build support for ideas among diverse constituents.

* Highly organized with an ability to manage details without losing sight of the big picture.

* Ability to evaluate media/connections plans and investments and third party agency capabilities.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

* Thrives on change and ambiguity adept at balancing strategic rigor & discipline with the ability to quickly adapt, when needed.

* Does the right thing/acts with integrity always.
