The Human Resources (HR) Case Management Data & Project Lead is responsible for the reporting, monitoring, project work and occasional triage of employee discipline matters and HR support of multiple Citi compliance and surveillance groups. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services as it relates to disciplinary actions and accountability frameworks within Citi, globally.
Responsibilities:
* Provide supervisory support and responsible point of contact for HRPS reporting activities and analysts, supporting Senior HR Generalist Group Manager
* Responsible for the compiling of HR related data for various purposes, including reconciliation of HR activities including metrics and dashboards globally
* Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities for the larger HRPS organization globally as well as HR Global assignment groups as it relates to QAQC standards
* Manage and execute projects associated with the Case Management Unit and our control functions, including partnership with HR Control and Compliance
* Partner with assigned compliance and surveillance groups to provide support as it relates to employee discipline and adhering to the bulk upload processes associated with discipline tracking
* Ensure compliance standards are applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions.
* Resolve employee disciplinary matters, liaising with the Human Resources Generalists, Advisors, and business managers
* Assist with delivering materials and resources to managers regarding policies and corrective actions
* Assist in the triage, assignment, and disciplinary actions aligned to the Accountability Framework, as needed.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Advanced data analytics exposure
* Demonstrated ability to complete advanced functions within Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookup, macros, and various other functions and formulas including some VBA coding
* Proficient computer skills with a focus on other Microsoft Office applications, Workday, and ServiceNow
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
Education:
* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
