Job Description:
This position works with executive level leaders, division managers and project leaders in multiple business units. The incumbents core responsibilities are to develop the strategic plan, facilitate project charter development, lead planning sessions, execute governance, prioritize projects and ensure implementation.
Basic Requirements:
* A Bachelors degree or 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience
* 3+ years of experience leading and implementing projects that span multiple business units or a Dealer Network
* 3+ years of managing a portfolio of projects, multiple generation project plans, and the supporting governance.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
* Previous experience with change management techniques and / or project management tools.
* High level of interpersonal, communication, process management, collaboration, and relationship management skills
* Product Support and/or dealer experience
* Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry trends
* Familiarity of Builder files, Calculator, SIS, parts.cat.com, my.cat.com, OLGA and other consumers of service data
Relocation will be offered to Peoria, IL
