The Boeing Global Services Learning and Technical Data Solutions organization is seeking two Product Support Program Managers in Saint Louis, MO. These roles will focus on overseeing the integration of all domestic and international technical publication, LSA and Provisioning deliveries, developing new product offerings and strategies to capture additional business, and successfully managing, developing, and motivating a team of employees.
Position Responsibilities:
* Leads planning and integration activities for profit and loss stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate.
* Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.
* Manages employees performing activities related to Program Management.
* Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
* Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
* Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
* Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
* Manages, develops and motivates employees.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or higher
* 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
* Experience leading and organizing deliverables to meet deadlines with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the aerospace industry
* Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods
* Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
* Experience with fighter aircraft maintenance
* Experience as a leader or manager
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
