Description

* Serve as part of a highly performing agile scrum team and function as technical lead and help deliver next-generation digital assets to enable new business processes for Truist.
* Interact with line of business and product owners to determine application requirements and develop the solutions.
* Plan and prioritize the application design & development upon consultation with the business clients and other IT teams in the enterprise.
* Analyze and review functional requirements and use cases and performing high level design reviews.
* Apply the tried and tested Integration patterns, design patterns to build and integrate Application/system components.
* Implement best practices for designing marketing solution stack.
* Participate in design walkthrough and provide feedback on design documentation. Ensure technical designs are flexible, scalable, and robust. Review system design, walkthrough, monitor specification, and perform documentation. Ensure technical designs are agile, maintainable, and robust.
* Track project milestones and review the deliverables like code and unit test plans by the team.
* Leverage continuous integration and continuous delivery tools to automate build, testing and deployment.
* Mentor and lead the team of developers responsible for the development digital Marketing solutions.
* Responsible for creating the deliverables/artifacts but not limited to: system requirement specification, technology stack/product assessment, technical design document, service components and implementation plan.
* Evaluate new software tools, frameworks and technologies for inclusion in the existing solution stack as part of application technology lifecycle management.

Requirements

* Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS, or related technical field.
* Must have 2 years of experience in development positions with the following:
* Performing complex custom business application development.
* Applying domain knowledge of Digital Marketing campaigns, Fulfillment process, Promotions, and Marketing leads.
* Working on Marketing products like IBM Unica, IBM Interact, Oracle Real Time Decision engine, Oracle Eloqua, or Adobe Marketing tool suite.
* Working with Web application frameworks, API/Web Services, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes and build and deployment processes, and Cloud enablement technologies.
* Hands-on experience with technology stack, including: Java Enterprise Edition (Java API for RESTful Web Services, Java API for XML Web Services , JavaBeans, and Java Server Pages) and Angular/React reactive user interface frameworks.
* API development using prevalent frameworks for REST, SOAP, and Swagger ( Spring Rest, Apache HTTP Client, Jersey, Jackson, Axis, Apache CXF).
* Proficiency in Creational, Behavioral, and structural object oriented patterns,
* Applying Agile methodologies and using Agile tools, including Rally.
* Applying proficiency in ANSI SQL, Database procedures with experience in Java Object Relational Mapping frameworks such as Hibernate, Java Persistence API.
* Utilizing experience with:
* Spring framework, Springboot and Hibernate;
* XML, JSON, Java, RAML, HTML and JS;
* IBM Websphere Application server, and Apache Tomcat;
* MS/Oracle SQL, and DB2;
* Rule engines like Drools or RTD
* Eclipse, Rational Application Developer, SoapUI, and Postman; and
* Azure DevOps, TFS, CA Harvest, GIT, and Jenkins.
* Utilizing one of the following: jFrog, Sonatype Nexus, github, gitlab, Splunk, Appdynamics and/or Dynatrace.
