What You'll Do:
* Create and drive integrated design to meet business requirements.
* Evolve integrated design as needed throughout delivery life cycles.
* Understand stakeholder goals and problems, and work with the PMO and direct Product Owners to deliver on solutions.
* Identify impediments and roadblocks across your team's domain.
* Manage epic decomposition alongside agile development teams.
* Develop solutions for complex design problems as well as impediment resolution across multiple teams.
* Bridge the gap between business, technology, and product to build intent.
* Push tactical delivery through influence across the wider organization.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 10 years of experience with Agile methodologies
* At least 6 years of Technology Project Delivery experience
* At least 6 years of experience with Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters Degree
* 12+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
* 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
* 8+ years of experience with Program Backlog Refinement
* 8+ years of experience developing epics in Jira
* Agile certification: CSM, CSP, PMI's ACP, SAFe, PMP, Lean Six Sigma
