BUSINESS OVERVIEW:

The position requires the desired candidate to work with the different Regional / Segment heads and Core Product Heads to define and execute the cross channels roadmap for Treasury Services. The candidate will accomplish this by partnering heavily with Business / Product owners, Technology, Operations and TS Digital to build coalition around the product roadmap, ultimately to develop an omni-channel customer experience for BNY Mellon clients, drive business objectives forward to leap frog amongst competition in a rapidly-changing technology landscape. The candidate will be strategically positioned to define, develop and execute the businesses end-to-end digital channels strategy to transform the capabilities from onboarding, origination to servicing. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Understand Treasury Services (TS) product strategy and develop the digital channels product vision to deliver these products through an enhanced and innovative digital experience. Develop the end to end user experience strategy across the full suite of TS channel products that touch on a significant number of products across geographies. Establishes the strategic approach for the development of digital channel capabilities and works with senior leaders to ensure functional strategies tie to business unit objectives. Collaborate closely with digital channel Product managers to develop a compelling business case with a proposal of the releases and investment requirements per release to build up sponsorship within Product, Digital, Technology and Operations senior management to articulate the importance of appropriate investments and timelines to meet the strategic business objectives to ensure that the firms stays on top of the competitive landscape and the industry environment. In collaboration with close engagement with Product heads and Business heads, determines the key products of strategic importance to the firm and the long term goals for the function to define a roadmap for digital channels that aligns to the strategic goals of the core product teams, integrating competitive research on user experience, analysis of usage metrics and business goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives / capability releases. Manages execution of the roadmap with product managers, technology and operations through the product development lifecycle from reviewing, validating scope and requirement documents, functional solution design and test results to ensure it is aligned to the end state user experience outlined in the digital channel strategy, Evaluates suggested areas for enhancement or new/innovative features and determine the most viable options to pursue working with Product, Technology and Digital. Manage cross-impacted initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder communications to set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communications. Build and present end-to-end cross digital channel line of business and product updates inclusive of current production metrics, new feature delivery planning; determines overall strategic positioning and targeted client segments to create evaluative and iterative implementation strategies using concept mapping, instituting client feedback loop techniques across channels to measure the new and existing services meet client needs. Develop appropriate internal and external marketing and communication techniques to drive and create awareness within TS and other lines of business through internal social media blogs, conducting forums, other events (Ask Me Anything, Training, workgroup sessions, etc.). Partner with Digital Channels and Core Product, Marketing, Sales and other front office teams to ensure they have the appropriate support and tools to drive adoption and utilization of digital products among the Treasury Service (TS) client base; Develop appropriate tools and measures to track client activity to understand usage behavior, monitor client satisfaction through NPS and CSAT, social media monitoring; Compile and present Channel metrics to report to TS business stakeholders periodically. Responsible for ensuring that all work conducted by subordinate team aligns necessary regulatory requirements. Works closely with Digital Channel Product Management lead to assist staff in navigating Risk, Legal or Compliance requirements. Directs, motivates and develops team members, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Provides feedback at the most critical times. Manages multiple teams. Work is accomplished through subordinate managers.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
t
* Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
t
* 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
t
* Securities or financial services experience preferred.
t
* Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
t
* MBA or CFA preferred. Product Leadership Certification preferred.
t
