Position Summary: This position is responsible for driving adoption of ITIL and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles with focus on Change Management and Production Support areas of IT Operations
Primary responsibilities:
* Identify and address known and unknown gaps in the current Production Control & Production Support processes for video org applications
* Explore, evaluate and lead the charge in implementation of the appropriate tool(s),
* Collaborate with IT and Vendor partner groups on formulating the change management policies
* Audit Change management, Incident & Problem management metrics to better manage production changes and minimize disruptions to customer experience on our video platforms whilst being compliant with AT&T's security and infrastructure policies
Experience: 8-10 years
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of experience in the IT Operations and/or Development is required
2. 5+ years of experience in dealing with highly technical staff is required
3. 5+ years of experience in communicating with and presenting to executives is required
4. 4+ Experience working in ITIL & ITSM processes with focus on Change Mgmt. & Incident/Problem Mgmt.
5. Hands on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, ServiceDesk etc...
6. 2+ years of experience in managing Vendors is preferred
7. Ability to foster productive relationship across organizations
8. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
9. Self-motivated, highly analytical, excellent communicator and negotiator
