This will be a full-time telework role until COVID restrictions are lifted, then has the potential to be an office-based role in Phoenix, AZ.

This role will require up to 10% travel once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Acts in a work lead capacity within a specific functional area of operation. Monitors the daily workflow and production of a functional team while performing their own daily duties. Assists in resolving workflow issues and more complex processing issues.
Monitors routine and special projects, providing data input for reporting Call track to appropriate staff accurately and following departmental guidelines.
Answers ACD phone calls from Physicians, Pharmacists and Members in a professional, timely, complete manner. Coordinates issues with staff at the respective Health Plans.
Serves as a pharmacy liaison and resource person for the pharmacies and staff. Familiar with the functions of other departments of the Health Plan and maintains a positive working relationship.
Demonstrates support of the Health Plans needs to be cost effective in terms of resources, material, and time.
Maintains confidentiality of the members medical information.
Works in a manner that is not disruptive to peers, supervisors and/or subordinates.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and off-shifts as required.
Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in retail, mail service or hospital pharmacy required
- PTCB license required
- Active AZ State Pharmacy License

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in retail, mail service or hospital pharmacy as a team lead or experience leading a team in a production environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency in order to navigate through internal/external computer systems, and MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel.

Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required
