What are we looking for?

Assistant Facilities Manager will assist the Account Manager in leading a team or to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility, and be the on-site key point of contact for the key stakeholders &/or client in the absence of the Account Manager. The responsibilities will include site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

* University degree, preferably in electrical and mechanical engineering/ project management
* Min. 10 years of experience in facilities, factory facility management, prefer project Management
* Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good command in English
* Having a positive attitude.
* Articulate and succinct communication.
* Strong customer service focus.
* Strong professional negotiating skills.
* Team player
* An understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system);
* Strong budget management and financial analysis skills;
* Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively;
* Flexible able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
