Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a SR Manager, Revenue Management Systems & Projects to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Revenue Management Systems & Projects is responsible for the business side development of requirements, training, support, and deployment of revenue management systems, with the goal of enhancing RevPAR and market share performance for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. This position will partner directly with Revenue Management leaders, hotel user groups, IT business consultants, and project management to ensure the integration of business requirements and implementation of any systems or solutions with minimal business disruption. The key to a successful WHR integration will be continuous partnering with Hotel Technology Client Support and Franchise Operations departments to develop a learning library of commonly asked revenue management conceptual questions surfaced by our franchisees.
The position will report directly to the Senior Director, Revenue Management Operations & Systems
Responsibilities
* Product Management Support product deployment from the business side including resource planning, deployment, activation and ongoing support.
* Post rollout, BAU is active management of the system as a business SME, support, training, and execution of WHR strategies through the system.
* Vendor Relationships Supporting relationships, SLAs, and enhancements during versioning, development, enhancement road map and BAU.
* Execute training and support for all hotels on Revenue Management Services. This includes the deployment of systems, creattion and the delivery of training, providing ongoing strategic support, creation and maintenance documentation of standards for RM Systems.
* Coordinate revenue management department resources needed for all revenue management projects.
* Keep abreast of changing and evolving business solutions in Revenue Management that would improve efficiency, maximize revenue or profit, and capitalize on synergies.
Scope
This post holder will directly impact the revenue performance of WHR brands and properties. These results will be visible as top-line revenue growth and growth in Market Share. This will contribute to the overall performance of the portfolio and therefore the portfolios contribution to the system in terms of EBIDTA derived from royalties, other fees, and marketing funds.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, IT or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
4+ years of progressive work-related experience in hotel revenue management, hotel operations, revenue management systems, consulting, or analytics.
Expert knowledge of distribution channel management, Hotel PMS / CRS and revenue management systems, including knowledge and experience in hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization, and selling strategies.
Analytical Ability to review numbers and draw quick conclusions about past and future trends from data.
Ability to communicate business needs to the Business Intelligence Group.
Revenue Management Thorough understanding of revenue management or yield management concepts and processes. While hospitality experience is ideal, translatable skills from another industry practicing revenue management with the understanding of segmentation, optimum business mix is acceptable
