Purpose:
Responsible for administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures in support of one or more officers, executives, division/unit heads, or managers. May be assigned to various functional areas throughout the company.

Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.

Scope:
General:

Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training

Completes a variety of atypical assignments

May solve problems of a recurring nature, but takes a broad perspective to problems and may identify new, less obvious solutions

Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

May lead a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are generally routine

Primary Responsibilities:
May perform one or more of the following:

* Order Entry & Inventory control processing for TSR
* Monitor eAutomate orders are flowing
* Monitor GSCB for order failures & action the failures
* Monitor open orders in GSCB
* Monitor usage errors and fix in CSE org
* Order Escalations for the TSR
* Source failed orders to the drop ship org for vendor direct order fulfillment
* Monitor open drop ship orders to ensure they get shipped/ship confirmed
* Field & answer TSR questions
* TSR physical inventories monitor and log results
* TSR shipping discrepancy inventory corrections
* Quality issue reporting
* New parts returning processing for the TSR

All other duties as assigned.
