What you will do
Security Service Team Manager will be responsible for the coordination and assignment of personnel and materials necessary for prompt, complete inspection and repair of security, fire, card access and CCTV systems within an assigned territory. Develops and builds on current capabilities to prepare team members for successful job performance. May manage a small District's service operations.
How you will do it
Plan, schedule, supervise, and control service jobs.
Read and interpret P & L's, General Ledger, Job Profitability and Open Job Detail reports.
Maintain outright sales and advanced service charge recovery margins.
Evaluate system performance for cost savings and product improvement.
Research and maintain technical knowledge to inform associates and customers of current standards and new developments.
What we look for
Required:
Associate Degree of equivalent working experience
Three (3) years experience, conducting repairs, inspections, service assessments of comparable equipment
Three (3) plus years of leadership/supervisory experience
Ability to work well in a cross functional matrix organization, dealing with conflict resolution issues
Customer centric is a vital skill this individual must have
Excellent communication skills, follow up, and attention to detail.
Budgeting, forecasting, experience
Preferred:
BA or Associate Degree
Five (5) years experience, conducting repairs, inspections, service assessment in the Security or Fire Safety industry.
Five (5) years of leadership/supervisory experience
Financially savvy, with P&L experience
