These services include site acquisition, design and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Jacobs is seeking qualified applicants for a Program Manager position for the Wireless and Wireline projects several regions throughout the United States. The Program Manager ensures that Jacobs meets safety, quality, schedule, budget and stake holder relationship goals while leading the operations of a diversified customer project base, including site acquisition, construction and technical services.

Responsibilities:

*Reports accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling and planning to internal and external stakeholders
*Oversees real estate, construction and administrative staff progress and has decision making responsibilities on any project changes
*Responsible for the projects' revenues, margins, job hours and all required resources
*Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable process
*Interfaces with the clients' program office for all program related matters to include, but not limited to, safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractors, invoicing and construction close out
*Provides activity reporting and forecasting of revenues, margins, job hours and all required resources to senior management
*Coordinates program and contract matters with CMG (Client Management Group) and legal, as needed
*Identifies new business opportunities along with partnering with business development group to sell expanded services within market
*Handles other duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of combined experience managing Wireless and/or Wireline projects.
Demonstrated history of cultivating high performing teams
Experience managing cost and schedule on large scale multi-million dollar programs
History of delivering successful projects with high customer satisfaction
Travel is required

Requires US Citizenship or the ability to work for any US Employer without sponsorship.

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and work at heights.
