Youll work with our clients to develop a supply chain strategy, optimise their supply chain footprint and logistics, manage transportation and distribution, and develop an integrated business planning solutions.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
* Prepare deliverables
* Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
* Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
* Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
* Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

Demonstrated and proven thorough knowledge of supply chain and /or (manufacturing) operations within the Healthcare Industry.

Demonstrated and proven through experience and exposure to driving the supply chain process in three or more of the following skill sets: finance, sourcing, distribution and logistics, process review, redesign and implementation, productivity and efficiency, clinical resource management / value analysis, distribution or distributor assessment, distributor recommendation and optimization, in sourcing / outsourcing assessment, purchase services review and assessment, contracting non-labor cost reduction, inventory and par management, account payable invoice discrepancy management, supply chain IT, technology assessment and optimization, GPO assessment, GPO selection and optimization, capital asset management, and, analysis and communication; a specialty in pharmacy supply chain or preoperative supply chain is preferred.
