1st Shift Wire Sub-Assemblies/ Positions located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

What Will You Be Doing?

As Wire Sub-Assembly Associate, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

* Make Wire Sub-Assemblies

* Measuring length of wire

* Cutting to length

* Stripping the wire to a set length

* Crimping and applying heat shrink

Who are we looking for?

* High School Diploma or GED

* Electrical Assembly, Wire Crimping, Wire harness experience desired!

* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

* Self-directed contributor in a team environment

* Eagerness to learn and grow your career

* Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

* Team consists of 3 employees on a shift

* Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

* 1st shift Hours: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday Paid Lunch
