Director of Finance - Direct Hire!
Manpower Professional is seeking a Director of Finance for a client in Charleston, WV.
Successful candidate for this Direct Hire position will hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field, CPA license preferred with 5+ years of continuous experience in a financial management position.
Responsibilities include supervisory functions of accounting and payroll staff. Completion of fiscal year budgeting process and year- end financial audit. Preparation and distribution of daily, quarterly and annual detailed/summary reports. Forecasting and long-range financial planning. Direct and monitor daily banking activities. Oversee special programs and projects related to benefits and pension plans. Oversee benefits orientation for new employees. Position reports directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/Related Field
-CPA License - Preferred
-QuickBooks or comparable financial software
-Expertise in MS Excel
-Office 365
-Compliance Screens Required
