Be part of a team where you will lead Demand Generation globally for the overall business unit. You will be responsible for all aspects of the demand generation function, from team building to strategy development and execution. You will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, sales and channel partners, offering management, customer marketing, integrated marketing operations, and legal and be responsible for managing all internal and external vendor relationships to deliver marketing campaigns. You will lead digital marketing transformation with the objective of improving and scaling tactics including digital, presence and social media.
The successful candidate will possess strategic and analytical marketing acumen along with a proven track record of owning digital strategy (SEO, paid, website), managing marketing budgets and KPIs, and growing product adoption. The candidate will have strong understanding of all facets of the buyer journey, across different personas throughout the marketing & sales funnel. A player/coach manager who is comfortable operating and excelling at strategic as well as tactical levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Execution:
* Lead the ideation, development, and execution of demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns, with a focus on data-driven decisions and optimization for generating qualified leads and building sales pipeline across multiple market verticals
* Execute demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels. These could include paid search, display/retargeting, webinars, etc. to generate high-quality MQLs
* Manage top-of-the-funnel nurture campaigns to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel for various SIOT vertical specific persona
* Drive marcom team, working with stakeholders to create content to support account engagement, demand gen, and pipeline programs
* Provide executive-level transparency of demand generation and marketing results (measure, analyze, report, and improve campaign performance) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis (including budget)
Improvement/Cohesion:
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
* Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
* Develop and optimize marketing strategies across key inbound channels such as: SEO/SEM, digital/display advertising, email, events, webinars, etc.
* Drive promotional aspects of marketing mix
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Administration

* Min 5 years executing social media strategies in Marcom

* 10 years experience w/managing Marcom in B2B environment
* Working level competency with Tableau, Marketo, SFDC, Google Analytics
* Extensive leadership experience
