Overview
Contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of GTS processes to support Shared Services Organization functions in a highly complex global environment. Participates in the execution of business processes and delivery of services to internal and external customers that support the vision and strategy of the GTS and the companys strategic business plans. Analyzes current business process, assesses the impact of emerging processes on current process and proposes solutions that drive performance of GTS teams. Manages end to end processes for specific assignments or business entities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality processes for internal and external GTS customers.
Fosters an environment of collaboration in pursuit of common GTS and business goals. Inspires, motivates and guides others. Develops leadership skills in others by coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and reinforcing. Encourages and facilitates cooperation within the organization and with global customer groups; fosters commitment, team spirit, pride and trust. Responsibilities
Responsible for providing customer service and executing end to end processes as well as coordination and continuous improvement of current business processes within the assigned functional area of the GTS organization. Be accountable for ad hoc projects as assigned by GTS management.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
1. Participates in short and long-term planning sessions with the GTS management to implement process improvement in assigned functional area.
2. Collaborates with business partners and GTS management in order to provide properly controlled processes to meet internal/external customer needs.
3. Promotes an understanding of GTS roles, processes and activities to the business partners.
4. Executes end to end process to support GTS mission and vision.
5. Executes against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement and staff performance.
6. Ability to work assigned ad hoc projects and special reporting and deliver results on time and in budget.
7. Directly manages third party relationships to maximize value to the business.
8. Provides subject matter expertise and influence to the development of standards and changes to systems/applications/processes to support those standards.
9. Ensures adherence to GTS procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments.
10. Offer a support role to GTS Specialists in the assigned functional area.
11. Other tasks assigned by GTS management.

Professional Education:
