Merrill Premium Investment Consultants work with our active self-directed clients, ensuring that they have the tools and resources to navigate their financial lives - whether they are just starting out, buying a home, building a family or planning for retirement. Premium Investment Consultants demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets needed to assist our Premium clients with all their servicing and trading needs. Through a call center environment, Investment Consultants will leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners when appropriate. Well help you:
* Deliver exceptional service to clients by answering general account inquiries
* Provide proactive outreach to clients to strengthen the relationship to build a more personal connection and fully understand how we can serve their financial needs
* Accurately execute and confirm trade orders as well as a variety of securities transactions initiated by self-directed clients
* Assist clients with website usage and navigation
* Educate potential and existing clients about investment products, services and trading strategies
* Research and resolve client requests
* Maintain current knowledge of Merrill products, policies, and services while keeping abreast of financial markets and regulations
* Deliver on performance goals by uncovering additional client needs, deepening existing relationships, and referring clients to partner businesses
