Summary
Directly responsible for the overall administration and profitable operation of Seattle Public Schools and other projects as assigned. This includes development of employees, expense/labor control, and sales growth. Periodic travel will be required.
Functional Accountabilities
* Primary responsibilities will be at Seattle Public Schools and secondary responsibility will be supporting other operations in the NW according to seasonal changes in client needs and work requests.
* Maintains financial responsibility for all expenses, billing, receivables, and purchasing for customers in the assigned project.
* Aggressively seeks new tag sales opportunities.
* Maintains all customer contract specifications and responds to customer issues, including inspections.
* Approves all job based payroll budgets for the project (s).
* Development of leaders.

* Develop client relationship and bonding contractually and professionally.
* Meet the Project (s) budget on a monthly/quarterly basis.
* Provide an environment that will allow subordinates to grow and develop skills for future advancement.
* Control labor costs for the project (s) to maintain budget.
* Lead by example: adhere to Corporate, Division, and Region policies.
* Provide support and leadership in special projects/initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Where applicable; maintain working relationship with labor unions.
* Set-up regular client meetings and visitation schedules.
Job Development
* Attend at least one outside Management Program that enhance your skills in sales and management and actively share that knowledge with other managers.
