Our location is flexible to many major metropolitan areas, including: NYC, Toronto, Austin, Boulder, and possibly Seattle or Palo Alto.

As a Technical Sourcer in the Technical Recruiting Practice (TRP) you will partner with business partners/clients across Amazon Advertising, leading sourcing strategy for our most complex technical roles. The Technical Sourcer will develop and implement a sourcing strategy, including research, identification, outreach, assessment, and development to build robust pipelines. You will partner across our broader Advertising Recruiting team (including Coordination, Sourcing, Market Intelligence, Diversity, and Leadership) to represent our team with professionalism and influence.

As a Technical Sourcer on the TRP team, you will lead some of our most challenging searches in some competitive markets. You will be tasked with using a mix of hands-on and lead, leveraging your key partners, your creativity, tenacity, and drive to deliver results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years experience working with technical talent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A love of Technical Talent Acquisition.
An obsession and track record of identifying, attracting and assessing talent that raises the bar.
A deep desire to connect with candidates and obsession with candidate experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening skills.
Track record of reporting results, both quantitative and qualitative and leveraging for insights.
A track record of developing talent acquisition sourcing strategies, leveraging insights and shifting as needed to optimize results.
Experience in a rapidly growing global company.

A curiosity around new technology and the businesses you support, ideally within Ad Tech.
A bias for action with a desire to own and drive results.
Experience across other functional areas of Talent Acquisition, ideally diversity sourcing, research or analytics.
Bachelors and Advanced Degree.
