We are hiring for a Senior Analyst within the North America Medical Devices Segment Team. The Senior Analyst will have franchise specific accountability for DePuy Synthes. The North America Medical Devices Segment Deliver Team is tasked with driving Ground-breaking change across the business with a focus on integrating Deliver within the core E2E processes and driving Deliver functional excellence to deliver on our Customer Promise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support regional franchise initiatives and business performance for the Deliver organization, including issue management & escalation
* Align across functions to drive performance objectives and ensure that targets are met
* Support the roll-out and ongoing management of On-Time, In Full (OTIF-D) performance
* Identify and execute cost improvements and value-driving initiatives, partnering E2E across Supply Chain and Commercial
* Collaborate to execute Customer Experience initiatives
* Support key regional franchise processes, including S&OP; integration and New Product Introductions
* Support the regional Franchise Strategic / Financial Planning cycle (LRFP, BP)
* Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure global franchise priorities are aligned in the region
Qualifications
Education:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
* Supply Chain experience in areas such as Planning, Order Fulfillment, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Distribution
* Demonstrated analytical skillset as applied to performance and/or project management
* Proven experience leading against performance targets and timeline deliverables to successfully deliver business results
* Able to build positive relationships internally and externally with customer focus
* Demonstrate business acumen and customer-centric mentality
* Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred:
* Experience in data visualization, Tableau, or Power BI
* Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
Other:
* Requires up to 15% domestic travel
