Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.

*1.0 FTE is Full-Time any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

*Positions with an FTE (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical dental and vision benefits. Positions with an FTE of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits*

Shift: Remote 1st shift 8 am-4:30 pm Monday to Friday evenings and weekends as necessary

Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the service management process to ensure Froedtert Health IT is providing and supporting agreed upon policies processes and procedures. The position monitors and reports on performance against ITIL processes such as Service Level Agreements incident management and Operational Level Agreements and implements improvements as needed. Responsible for the creation review maintenance and enforcement of internal IT policies.

Responsibilities:
Five or more years of relevant IT and business experience is required.

Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

ITIL v3 or higher certified is preferred.

Other information:
Knowledge of IT services business processes contract management and policy management.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Advanced knowledge of statistical principles and processes.

Ability to interact with all levels of organization.

Negotiates agrees and maintains the Service management processes with customers of Froedtert Health IT.

Ability to document and maintain process documentation.

Excellent follow-through from initiation to conclusion
