ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collaborate with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Management, developers and DevOps to understand thoroughly, test, and release features.

* Defining the testing best practices and tools and able to identify gap in our existing coverage

* Working very closely with many other teams inside the Business Unit such as the Platform, API and Cloud developer teams to understand the feature implementation and troubleshoot the complex issues.

* Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate complex software issues and configuration problems in heterogeneous environments

* Working with our engineering support team to troubleshoot complex problems in our network and for our customers

* Hands on and deep dive into discussions with developers

* Exceptional understanding of SQA methodologies & practices

* Design execute, and document detailed and thorough test plans and test cases to ensure product quality

* Motivate, coach and mentor team members and track delivery to plan.

* Encouragement to think out of the box

* Passionate for continuous learning, experimenting and applying cutting edge technology and software paradigms

REQUIRED:

* Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering

* 8 or more years of experience in software testing

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to multi-task well and change focus quickly

* Creative thinker and strong problem solver

* Highly organized, motivated and passionate about achieving results

* Extensive experience working on multiple projects at a time in a fast paced, results oriented environment

* Meticulous attention to detail and excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills

* Serve as a guide and mentor for junior-level QA engineers. Provides technical leadership and consultation with regards to practices, procedures, and techniques.
